Getting Expo Ready

Given the line of work we are in, you are very likely to see us at one or two sports events. In the coming months and years you are also likely to see us some slightly different events too, namely tradeshows and exhibitions.

We want to get out and about to meet current customers and potential new customers face-to-face to talk about all the fantastic events that Pantheon Hospitality can get you along to.

Over the last few weeks, we’ve been busy behind the scenes creating some lovely new pieces of marketing material to ensure we’re ready to hit the road, including; roller banners, leaflets, corporate brochures and a calendar of events.

This can be the perfect way to build real relationships with people and bond over some shared passions. Who doesn’t get excited watching their favourite sports team? The Grand National - The world’s most famous horse race

Aintree Racecourse is known to millions worldwide as the home of the Randox Health Grand National – The World’s Greatest Steeplechase.

In early April each year, the world and its media descend upon Aintree Racecourse for three of the biggest days in the British sporting and social calendar.

The Grand National is a National Hunt horse race held annually at Aintree Racecourse in Liverpool, England. First run in 1839 (won by a horse called Lottery) it is a handicap steeplechase over 4 miles 514 yards (6.907 km) with horses jumping 30 fences over two laps. It is the most valuable jump race in Europe and is an event that is prominent in British culture.

The course over which the race is run features much larger fences than those found on conventional National Hunt tracks. Many of these, particularly Becher’s Brook, The Chair and the Canal Turn, have become famous in their own right and, combined with the distance of the event, create what has been called “the ultimate test of horse and rider”.

No matter whether you’re a seasoned racing fan who travels the country following your favourite horses, or someone who tunes in on TV just once a year, the Grand National is the race the world stops to watch.

A Guide to Corporate Hospitality at Sport & Music Events

You should never mix business with pleasure, or so they say. At Pantheon Hospitality we would politely disagree as we happen to believe it can work rather well. In fact, we are redefining the art of mixing business with pleasure.

Quite often there is nothing better than attending a big sport or music event with business clients and experiencing it in style in a corporate hospitality area. And the UK is spoilt for choice when it comes to major sporting and music events. Every year fans can enjoy high-profile events such as Wimbledon, the British Grand Prix, Epsom Derby Festival, Royal Ascot, in addition to regular Premier League football, international cricket, Six Nations rugby, world-class music venues and some of the most well-known music festivals.

Does entertaining clients work?

Entertaining clients at the sort of events mentioned above can be the perfect way to build real relationships with people and bond over some shared passions.

Who doesn’t get excited watching their favourite sports team? Even those with zero interest in sport can’t help but get swept away with the excitement and atmosphere at events like Royal Ascot or the British Grand Prix.
